Firdosh holds a BE in Production Engineering and an MBA in Marketing, and is currently pursuing his PhD from Symbiosis International (Deemed University) in the field of Solid Waste Management.
He has dedicated over 14 years to solving India's organic waste challenge at the community level, building a team and a system that is now patent-pending.

The company has a dedicated team of 7 people for its daily operations, including waste processing staff, a separate sieving team, and technical consultants who ensure every composting system runs smoothly.
